The works consisted of enabling a breakwater within the Port of Ceuta for use as a Fishing Dock, since the previous one was transformed for sports use.

Work completed in 1997, with the construction of a 150 ml and 80 ml dike, dredging the dock up to -3.00 m.

The total cost of the operation amounted to € 1,249,204.96
