The works of the financing of the esplanade of the Expansion of the port of Ceuta. Initial Phase was awarded on November 17, 2009 and its beginning was carried out in March 2011 and finished in July 2011, although budgetingly it contemplates an annual payment for 2012. They consist of the conditioning of the new esplanade of the port to be used for industrial and logistics activities. In the industrial zone the works include the new roads with the anticipation of all the urbanization elements. In the logistics area, the works include a surface treatment and its provisional drainage system. The action also includes an enclosure that separates both areas.

The budget for the works is € 4,987,164.20 and with the following distribution:

• 2011 2.000.000,00 €
• 2012 987.164,20 €
• TOTAL 4.987.164,20 €

The works were completed in July 2011, its reception is scheduled for the year 2012. The total eligible cost of the operation amounted to 4,538,781.49 euros. The aid with a co-financing rate of 65%, corresponding to the Operational Program 2007-2013, is 2,950,207.96 euros
