The works consisted in the beautification of the area destined to receive tourist cruises with the construction of a singular, light, tourist building, in the shape of a sailboat, with functionality of a mini-cruise terminal as well as the setting up of flagpoles, palm trees, flowerpots and other esthetic elements.

The work finished in May 1998.

The total cost of the operation amounted to € 319,310.57
