The Port Authority informs users that it maintains the activity and teleworking according to the measures established by RD 463/2020 of March 14.

In compliance with the measures agreed by the government in relation to Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the State of Alert for the management of the health crisis caused by COVID-19 and the Resolution of March 15 of the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda adopting extraordinary measures aimed at reducing face-to-face activity in the department, the Port Authority of Ceuta reports that it will only provide essential services, activating the non-presential work according to the established protocol and suspending all activity except for the General Registry that will be attended for urgent or exceptional cases.

Likewise, the port wants to inform users that it maintains the activity and travellers who have to use the port’s infrastructures, facilities and services must adopt basic protection measures following the instructions of the state security forces, as well as the instructions of the port police service.

It is highlighted that travellers are requested to go to the ferry terminal only to board and they must carry the mandatory documentation issued by the Competent Authority. In the same line, the Port Authority wants to thank the office of the government delegate in Ceuta and the Autonomous City of Ceuta for the willingness and coordination that has been maintained at the local level among the three organizations in the circumstances we are currently experiencing.
